Our Story

Founded by a dentist, Dr. Chris Hart (a sleep apnea patient himself), Oventus Medical set out to invent the O2Vent because the market demanded a new modality of treatment and technology. As we all know, not all patients can adhere to CPAP.

Most, in fact, need a different treatment option altogether. As physicians, dentists and sleep professionals around the globe have seen firsthand, the problem is widespread and serious. Millions suffer from sleep apnea, and the O2Vent offers our medical partners an alternative to help their patients with a new and effective treatment.
